WODS start at 5:30, 6:15, 7:15, 8:15, 9:15 in the AM
4:15, 5:15, 6:15 in the PM
*you must be warmed up to start the WOD!! If you are late you may be subject to a mile tire drag:)..this applies to trainers as well...so keep us in check!
Foundations classes will be Tues/Thurs @7am

Saturday (Free to Everyone)
Beginners class starts at 8:15 (if you are going to bring friends in, this is the time to do it!)
Open WOD starts at 9:15
